Features

This card supports data transfer rates up 480 Mbps and requires one PCI Slot.

USB 2.0 compatible and Backward 1.0 compatible.

This USB card works with MAC OS 8.6 and higher. But only OS 10 and higher has support for USB 2.0. So if you need 480 Mbps transfer rates, you will need to be running OS 10+. If you just want to add USB ports to your computer, then OS 8.6 is fine.

In most cases drivers will not be needed, please try the card first without downloading the drivers. If the drivers are needed please follow the instructions from the download drivers link.

Apple recomends that the software should be loaded "AFTER" installing the card.

Important: Mac OS versions 9.1 and later include a later version of this software. Installing USB Adapter Card Support 1.4.1 over Mac OS 9.1, 9.2 or later could result in the USB adapter card not working.
